We are excited to announce that Dynamic Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic offers Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy!
Currently, Lindsay Brook and Kylie McGhee are treating clients with female urinary incontinence including issues related to urgency, pelvic organ prolapse or frequency.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy assesses the strength, tone, coordination and relaxation of the external and internal structure of the pelvic floor. Problems with the pelvic floor can be linked to aging, injury to the area, participation in sports, strenuous exercise, hormonal changes/menopause, pregnancy or childbirth.
If you are experiencing any of these concerns, pelvic floor therapy may be of benefit to you.
